# As a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Isle, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests-setting the tone for an exceptional stay from the moment they arrive. You'll offer thoughtful local recommendations, assist with requests, and ensure each guest feels valued and cared for. With strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality, you'll handle transactions, manage reservations, and coordinate work orders seamlessly-all while maintaining Holiday Isle's signature standard of service and charm.

Upon request, provide guests with information regarding local activities such as dining recommendations and activities in the area.

Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, email correspondence, typing, filing, and computer data entry as necessary.

Audit reservations to ensure all required policies are being met.

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Availability to work weekends, on call shifts, and holidays in the office as required.
