While other spas use unrealistic "clickbait" numbers, our posted full-time range is a real-world, honest reflection of what our dedicated team members take home.
Guaranteed Base Rate: $25.00 per hands-on hour (W2 employee status with full payroll protections).
Our average therapist has a 36.6% upgrade rate, with top tiers exceeding 50%.
Note: The listed full-time pay range is an average of base pay, stacked commissions, and tips based on a consistent schedule of 35 hands-on hours per week during peak demand.

Valid Virginia Massage Therapy License (Required).
Available Hours & Shift Windows
We are looking for a reliable therapist to cover a full-time schedule (35 hours/week) within our operating hours. Monday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Last appointment at 7:00 PM)
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Last appointment at 5:00 PM)
We handle the heavy lifting with active marketing and a massive, built-in membership base so your full-time books stay consistently full. You'll also have access to advanced tools like hot stones and cupping to elevate your practice.
