Hotel Housekeepers - Part time shifts

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented, part-time Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order, ensuring a high standard of sanitation and comfort. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment where attention to detail, trustworthiness, and time management are highly valued. Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality is preferred. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and hygienic environment for clients and guests alike.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of office or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces

Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning as needed

Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas

Empty garbage containers in all assigned areas and replace them with new trash bags

Restock supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order

Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe work environment

Immediately report any complaints or areas of concern to management

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be able to commute to Brooklyn location

Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping is preferred

Knowledge of cleaning products and proper usage techniques to ensure effective sanitation

To work quickly, thoroughly, and independently

Ability to stand and remain on your feet for an entire shift
