Attorney At Law (Remote)

A highly regarded, boutique family law firm in San Francisco is seeking an Family Law Attorney to join its collaborative and well-established team. This firm focuses on sophisticated, high-asset family law matters and offers a strong platform for attorneys looking to gain meaningful courtroom and trial experience.
About the Role
The Associate Attorney will manage a full caseload from inception through resolution. This includes direct client representation in court appearances, motion practice, depositions, and trial proceedings. The role provides significant hands-on litigation experience and the opportunity to work on complex divorce and custody matters involving substantial assets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage family law cases from start to finish
Appear in court for hearings, case management conferences, and trials
Conduct and defend depositions
Handle discovery, draft motions, and legal memoranda
Advocate on behalf of clients in high-stakes proceedings
Collaborate with a supportive team of attorneys and experienced legal staff

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of family law experience
• Strong deposition experience; trial experience (including first-chair) preferred
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Proven ability to independently manage cases and meet billable requirements
• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar
