$17 per hour

Welder
Welder/Fabricator needed for a 1st shift opportunity in Jackson, paying $17–$23/hr based on experience. Duties include cutting, shaping, and welding metal parts, assembling components, and inspecting finished work for quality.

~Welder Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )

Perform MIG, TIG, stick, and other welding techniques to join metal components.
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate fabrication.
Inspect welds and finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
Follow safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Identify and resolve welding and fabrication issues.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery.
Work effectively with team members and other trades on projects.
Welder Qualifications:
Previous welder experience required.
Skilled in MIG, TIG, and stick/wire welding techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
Experience with metal fabrication processes.
