Our Dallas/Fort Worth office seeks a well-rounded, highly-motivated, experienced Associate Attorney with two to five years of insurance defense or similar litigation experience. This is an exceptional opportunity to handle a variety of litigation matters in state and federal courts with a forward-thinking firm.

demonstrate strong legal research and analytical skills;

• proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and navigating the internet.

Responsibilities include handling a substantial caseload involving primarily defense litigation. draft, prepare and handle pleadings, motions, orders and legal memoranda;

• draft and respond to written discovery and dispositive motions;
• conduct legal research competently and with proficiency;
• review client documents and draft case evaluations;
• interact directly with clients, claim professionals, and opposing counsel.

Our Firm provides an experienced support staff, current technology, ongoing training, and full-time IT and marketing departments.
