Location: Hilton Madison Monona Terrace – Madison, WI Schedule: Full-Time | Morning and Weekend Availability Required

Join the Culinary team at Hilton Madison Monona Terrace, part of the Marcus Hotels & Resorts family, where your passion, creativity, and attention to detail directly influence our guests' experience.
We are currently seeking Line Cooks to join our team to craft a memorable culinary experience and gain experience within the hospitality industry. As a Cook, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality meals for both guests and team members. Every day brings variety, teamwork, and opportunities to sharpen your culinary skills, including:
Setting up equipment and ingredients prior to service
Preparing food for team member meals
Performing inventory checks on perishable items and notifying leadership of products nearing expiration
Ensuring coolers and prep areas are cleaned, organized, and properly secured at the end of each shift
Storing food correctly, following proper labeling and rotation procedures
Maintaining food quality and sanitation standards before, during, and after service
Basic experience in a kitchen setting, including knife skills and sanitation knowledge
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and stations
An understanding of the importance of food waste control
