HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Recruiting

$28 - $32 per hour

Vaco by Highspring in Michigan is seeking an HR Generalist with 3+ years of experience to support talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. The role offers broad exposure across recruiting, onboarding, compliance, HRIS administration, workforce reporting, and lifecycle initiatives.

The position is fully onsite in Wayne County, Monday through Friday, with a contract-to-hire pathway and a pay rate of $28-$32 per hour.
