Human Resources Rep - Recruitment

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team and provide essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a compassionate attitude, and a strong desire to contribute to a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities
Support the recruitment and onboarding process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and assisting with new hire paperwork and orientation sessions
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing excellent customer service and support
Assist with benefits administration, including managing open enrollment periods, updating employee benefits information, and answering benefits-related questions
Coordinate and schedule employee training, development programs, and performance review sessions to promote professional growth
Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, policy updates, and compliance audits
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
At least 1 year of experience supporting HR functions or administrative roles, ideally within a corporate environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS
Strong ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address employee concerns efficiently
