Head of Project Management

Partner with other Project Managers who report to Director of Ops - will shine individually and as a team member
Manage CapEx projects from conception to completion
Will travel to 4-5 other sites (up to 40% overnight)

Support the company's continued growth by successfully executing projects that improve facility performance, efficiency, and long-term operational success.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external partners.

Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Systems, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 3+ years of Project Management experience within feed manufacturing, grain handling, milling, livestock nutrition, agriculture processing, or a closely related industry.
• Experience managing capital (CapEx) projects from concept through completion.
• Proven ability to develop project scopes, manage budgets, allocate resources, and oversee project execution.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with executive leadership, facility managers, contractors, and vendors.
• Ability to travel approximately 40% overnight to support projects across multiple locations.

Location & Travel

Candidates should be comfortable traveling to multiple facilities as needed.
