Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers, visitors, and team members. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating professionally, staying organized, and developing valuable customer service and administrative skills.
Responsibilities Provide general information about products, services, and company activities.
Assist customers and visitors with routine questions and requests.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Maintain accurate visitor and customer information.
Support team members with general administrative and customer service tasks.
Communicate customer questions and feedback to appropriate team members.
Assist with organizing office materials and supplies.
Help ensure daily reception activities run smoothly.
Maintain a professional and positive presence when interacting with customers and visitors.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
Customer-focused attitude.
Comfortable answering phones and interacting with visitors.
Previous receptionist, front desk, office, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
