Dishwasher / Busperson - Full Time

To clean all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, and kitchen. Assists in startup, clean up and shutting down of each shift.

Maintain proper sanitation and health department standards in all kitchen areas.
Keep the kitchen in a clean and safe manner at all times.
Know and follow all the Mark Twain Casino policies and procedures.
Clean and set up tables in the restaurant.
Polish silverware and dishes.
Provide a high level of customer service.
All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
