Guardian Tax is expanding our Chandler team and looking for proven Sales Closers who know how to build rapport, lead effective sales conversations, overcome objections, and close deals. You'll work exclusively with 100% warm inbound leads from individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax debt concerns. Daily, weekly, and monthly performance bonuses

Address questions and overcome objections throughout the sales process

Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

1–2 years of phone sales experience required

• Demonstrated ability to close sales and effectively handle objections
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
