StaffingMedical USA is a full‑service employment agency specializing in travel nursing jobs and healthcare careers across the USA. Our RN Nurse Recruiter will support staffing needs for the Batesville, AR region.

Recruit and retain nurses within the organization.

Develop and implement recruitment programs for nursing talent.

Work with nursing management to identify staffing needs.

Serve as the primary point of contact for nurse recruitment.

Attend, conduct, and organize recruitment events and job fairs.

Promote the company as an attractive employer for nurses.

Develop processes for effectively identifying and screening nursing candidates.

Collaborate with Human Resources to hire selected applicants.

Coordinate advertising for open positions.

Coordinate contract/agency staffing as needed.

Experience in recruiting and interviewing healthcare staff.

Strong analytical, organizational, and project‑management skills.

Knowledge of adult learning concepts is preferred.

Minimum of 10 years professional experience in healthcare.

Experience with patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and quality initiatives is preferred.
