Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Gravette, Arkansas, is seeking multiple Perioperative Registered Nurse's (RN) to join our Operating Room department.

Under the direction of the Manager of Surgical Services or designee, the Perioperative RN is responsible for the care, comfort, and safety of patients during the perioperative phase of the hospital stay. Incorporating current clinical knowledge with established nursing practice, he or she performs nursing interventions utilizing the nursing process, ensuring continuity of care during the perioperative experience. Included within this assignment is the responsibility for ensuring effective communication between him or herself, the patient, other staff, physician/anesthetist, and other hospital departments. In order to provide safe patient care and promote teamwork every employee must be flexible with their schedule which means they will occasionally be asked to work a day or shift other than what they are regularly scheduled.

High school diploma or equivalent

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Current Registered Nurse licensure for the state of Arkansas.
