Bookkeeper Bookkeeping/Accounting Part-time

Role Description We are seeking a bookkeeper to manage day‑to‑day financial recordkeeping for WP and a group of affiliated entities. This is a hands‑on role responsible for maintaining accurate, separate books for multiple related companies, and producing clean, timely financials that leadership can rely on. This position is available on either a full‑time or part‑time basis, depending on the candidate's availability and the needs of the role. The bookkeeper will be expected to work out of our office one day per week, with flexibility the remainder of the week.

Required Qualifications Experience with QuickBooks, including day‑to‑day data entry, reconciliations, and reporting

Prior bookkeeping experience, ideally with multiple companies.

Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles (accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank and credit card reconciliations)

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Familiarity with payroll, sales tax, or other compliance filings
