Accounting Clerk - Japanese Bilingual

Location: Dallas, TX 75261

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time Available

Hourly Rate: $20-$25/hour (DOE)

Language Requirement: Japanese-English Bilingual (Required)

APosition Summary

The Accounting Clerk is a hands-on accounting support role focused on day-to-day accounting operations.

This position supports the Accounting Supervisor and is responsible for accurate processing of accounting transactions.

This role does not manage monthly close or make accounting decisions , making it ideal for candidates who prefer an operational accounting position.

cKey Responsibilities

Accounting Operations (Primary Focus)

Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Enter invoices, payments, and receipts accurately
Assist with account reconciliations under supervision
Prepare supporting documents for month-end close
Maintain organized accounting records and files

Administrative Support

Provide basic administrative support related to accounting
Communicate with internal teams in Japanese and English as needed

cWhat This Role Is Not

Does not manage monthly closing
Does not supervise staff
Does not approve payroll or make accounting policy decisions
Does not handle HR or employee relations

oQualifications

Required:

Japanese-English bilingual (spoken and written)
Experience with AP/AR or accounting clerical work
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
