Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
Job Summary
This role is responsible for accounting operations (approximately 50% of the role) and also supports administrative and HR functions for a branch office.
Japanese-English bilingual ability is required to support communication with headquarters and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly close and prepare financial reports
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and account reconciliations
- Review and finalize payroll and timesheets
- Manage fixed assets and report to head office
- Support vendor contracts and administrative operations
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee support
- Support regulatory and policy compliance
Required:
- Japanese-English bilingual (MUST)
- 3-5 years of accounting experience (AP/AR, reconciliations, monthly close)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or equivalent experience
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Experience supporting HR or administrative functions
- Knowledge of compliance regulations (DOT, OSHA, etc.)
- SAP or other ERP system experience
Office-based, primarily sedentary work.
