Accounting Supervisor, (110K-120K+Bonus)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for our client in Dallas, TX. This role involves managing a small accounting team. NetSuite experience is a requirement to be considered for this position.

This position pays 110K-120K+Bonus and offers good work-life balance and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
  
  
• Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
  
  
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
  
  
• Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to track portfolio performance and provide actionable insights.
  
  
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
  
  
• Optimize cash flow management processes to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support financial and operational objectives.
  
  
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure reliable financial reporting.
  
  
• Coordinate the accurate preparation and timely filing of 1099 forms.
  
  
• Support consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  
  
• Act as a liaison between departments to promote smooth communication and collaboration.
  
  
• Manage accounting for intercompany transactions and ensure proper recording and reporting.
  
  
• Provide leadership to the accounting team, fostering professional development and a culture of continuous improvement.
  
  
• Streamline accounting processes by leveraging technology and innovative solutions.
  
  
• Oversee ERP systems and other accounting interfaces to ensure seamless operations.
  
  
• Facilitate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  
  
• Minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience, with a preference for real estate industry exposure.
  
  
• Proficiency in NetSuite
  
  

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
