Registered Nurse - Cardiac Lab

Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse
This position offers a day shift schedule of 5 x 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with on-call responsibilities including 1 evening a week and every 4th weekend from Friday 4 PM to Monday 7 AM.
We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse with experience in cardiac catheterization. This role involves providing specialized care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
Responsibilities:

Perform circulating and monitoring duties during cardiac procedures.
Administer medications and monitor patients' vital signs and response to treatments.
Operate and manage advanced cardiac equipment such as Balloon Pumps, Impellas, Shockwave, and Rotablators.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
PA or compact nursing license must be in hand at the time of submission.
First-time travelers are welcome with at least 2 years of Cath Lab experience.
