City/State: Butte, Montana Shift: Variable - Days 8s, 4x10 Flex, 07:00:00-17:00:00 Contract Length: 8 weeks Start Date: 08/24/2026 Job Description: RN day shift starting around the 22nd of May. 5:45am-2:15pm 40 hrs a week 5 days a week. Facility accepting religious/medical exemptions for COVID vaccination. 103 licensed - only have 88 - Average census 59. Ratios 2 nurses during the week plus mds, DON and all management 2 nurses for day 2 nurses for afternoon 1 at night. Always 1 RN on site - 1 RN on call over the weekend for help. 7 CNAs will be on during day 4 CNAs will on overnight. 3 halls split in 2 Units - LTC and Rehab. No vents or trachs a few sling lifts - 12-15 hand fed residents and tube feeding possible. Responsibilities:Provide nursing care for residents in LTC and Rehab units
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and management
Ensure safety and proper care for hand-fed and tube-fed residents
Requirements:
Experience with American Data ECS charting system preferred
Ability to work flexible hours and be on call as needed
Comply with facility policies on COVID vaccination exemptions
