In this essential role, you will support a caseload of approximately 75 to 100 personal injury cases by securing and analyzing medical records, drafting pleadings and motions, and coordinating with attorneys, clients, and providers to keep each case moving with clarity and care. Medical Records and Case Analysis: Secure, organize, and evaluate complex medical records to build strong case files. Legal Drafting and Filing: Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence in accordance with New York procedural requirements. Provide empathetic, informed communication to ensure clients remain confident, supported, and informed at every step of their legal journey.

Maintain organized and up-to-date case files in both physical and digital formats. Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit indexing, witness list development, and preparation of courtroom materials.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of paralegal or litigation support experience, ideally within personal injury or civil litigation. Familiarity with medical record analysis, pleadings, and motion drafting is essential.

Legal and Medical Acumen: Confident in managing complex case elements, including interpreting medical records, identifying evidentiary gaps, and supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process.

Communicates clearly, professionally, and with empathy in both writing and speech, fostering trust with clients and working seamlessly with legal teams.
