The Guest Receptionist will be the face of Common Citizen. They will check patients and customers in and provide a high level of customer service.
Ensure store is properly organized and stocked during all hours of business
Strong communication for in-person or phone conversations
Promote a positive work environment, customer service oriented and follow policies and procedures
Greet customers when entering shop
Entering and updating patient and customer information accurately with point of sales system
Experience in cash handling
Must have flexibility for shift times (weekends, days, night shifts)
Regularly required to stand/walk for entire shift.
