Client/Customer Support Rep

As a Client Relationship Specialist (CRS), you play a vital role in delivering a personalized, high-quality client experience while supporting the operational success of the branch. This role is an excellent entry point into the financial services industry, offering hands-on client interaction, exposure to wealth management services, and a clear path for growth.
In this role, you will ensure clients feel heard, supported, and confident in their relationship with Schwab. Development is central to this role, and Schwab provides the resources, coaching, and learning opportunities to help you build skills and expand your careerincluding support for required licensing aligned to your goals.
Support daily branch operations, including account servicing, documentation, and follow-up with strong attention to detail.
Manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
Training & Development

Start with Client Relationship Specialist University (CRSU) a four-week, live virtual training program designed to set you up for success.
After CRSU, your development continues in-branch through hands-on training and mentorship , with support from your manager, peers, and dedicated mentors.
The CRS role provides a strong foundation for growth. In addition to base pay, this role offers bonus and incentive opportunities tied to performance.
1+ years of client-facing or customer service experience
