Software installations and troubleshooting

Hardware support and new image builds

IMAC support (Install, Move, Add, Change)

OS configuration troubleshooting and resolution

Software, driver, and add-in reinstallations

General on-site IT support tasks

Primary focus on new hire equipment setup for onsite and remote field workers

3+ years of end-user support experience

• Strong computer configuration and repair background
• 3+ years with IT ticketing/incident management systems
• Microsoft 365 (O365) experience beyond basic administration
• Apple Mac hardware/software support experience
• Strong communication, documentation, and training skills
• Ability to lift IT equipment (PCs, servers, etc.)
