HR Assistant
Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM

Education or interest in Human Resources or a related field
Two (2) or four (4) years of related experience in healthcare recruiting preferred
Experience with HRIS and other Human Resources applications
Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems
Support new hire orientation and onboarding to create a welcoming, positive employee experience
Assist with HR projects, employee events, and engagement activities
Help answer employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
Post jobs on various job boards and recruiting platforms
Review applications, conduct phone screens, and help coordinate interviews
Assist with employee file management, data entry, reporting, and HR system maintenance
Support audits, compliance tracking, and other HR-related projects
Maintain accurate and confidential employee and recruiting needs
Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support efficient HR processes
