About the Outbound Sales Representative position
The Outbound Sales Representative is a key role responsible for conducting inside sales activities, utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive outbound sales efforts. This position is remote and reports directly to the Head of Sales.

From trademark searches and application filings to ongoing brand protection, Trademark Engine combines technology with attorney support to make intellectual property protection more approachable and efficient.
Engage in proactive outreach to potential clients through phone calls to introduce Trademark Engine's services
Identify customer needs and tailor our solutions to address those specific requirements
Follow up on leads generated from various sources to move the sales process forward
Effectively close sales with potential customers
Assist customers via phone and email to address their questions and concerns
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
Develop positive relationships with potential clients, aiming to create a positive customer experience and drive long-term partnerships
at least 2 years of Outbound Sales experience; In-bound Sales experience is a plus
at least 2 years in cold and warm sales experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals
Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a nice to have but not required
The ideal candidate will be goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote work model
