Operating with a focus on high-volume lead generation, data-driven prospecting, and disciplined sales execution, our client connects business and property owners with licensed commercial real estate brokers. The Role Our Client is seeking a confident, persistent Outbound Sales Representative to lead proactive cold calling and appointment-setting initiatives targeting US business and property owners. Reporting directly to brokerage leaders, this professional will execute high-volume cold outreach (targeting an average of 150 calls daily), engage owners across industrial sectors (such as roofing companies, manufacturing plants, and local commercial operators), conduct initial discovery, handle objections, and secure qualified appointments for licensed brokers.
Key Responsibilities Outbound Cold Calling & Prospect Engagement Conducts high-volume outbound phone calls (targeting 150 daily attempts) using provided lead lists and VoIP software.
Asks targeted discovery questions to understand the prospect's current real estate footprint, ownership structure, and potential transactional interest.
Lead Qualification & Broker Handoff Qualifies prospective property owners against established real estate metrics to identify genuine commercial opportunities.
Schedules qualified discovery appointments for licensed commercial real estate brokers, providing detailed conversation notes and context.
Collaborates closely with internal brokerage teams to ensure seamless handoffs and continuous feedback on lead quality.
CRM Administration & Performance Tracking Maintains meticulous, real-time records of every prospect interaction, lead status, and call outcome inside the CRM.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies Required Qualifications Outbound Sales Experience: 1-2+ years of hands‑on experience in outbound cold calling, B2B sales development, lead generation, or appointment setting.
B2B Communication: Proven ability to navigate phone conversations with business owners, corporate executives, or decision‑makers across the United States.
Fluent English Communication: Excellent spoken English skills with clear, easily understandable pronunciation to conduct fluid, professional phone conversations with US prospects.
CRM & VoIP Proficiency: Experience using modern CRM databases and VoIP phone software for calling, lead tracking, and pipeline updating.
Schedule Alignment: Full availability to work standard US Eastern business hours (Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET or 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM ET).
Remote Workspace Infrastructure: Quiet dedicated home workspace, updated computer setup, high‑quality noise‑canceling headset, reliable high‑speed internet, and zero background noise.
Preferred Qualifications Prior background in commercial real estate, residential real estate, mortgage, or property management industries.
