LabCorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 177 La Casa Via, Suite 150, Walnut Creek, CA 94598.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-8:00pm, additional hours and rotating weekends may be required.

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner

Process billing information and collect payments when required

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis

Provide superior customer service to all patients

Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

Travel to additional sites when needed

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent

Valid California State issued Phlebotomy License

1 or more months of experience as a phlebotomist

~ In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the CA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement.

Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service

Comfortable working under minimal supervision

Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Able to attend 2-week training in California

We are currently seeking a phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program PST's may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics

Pay Range: $23.00 - $33.00 plus 2nd shift differential

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
