Controlled Contamination Services has been a national provider of facility solutions, technical and decontamination services, since 1993. Our clients are in the Life Sciences, Technology, IT, Defense and Aerospace industries. Utilizing state of the art strategies, processes and human capital, Controlled ensures the highest degree of service and integrity for the sensitive environment we support; The Handyman will oversee and complete a wide range of repairs throughout the facility location. These tasks include trade skills, repair work, maintenance work etc. Full Time- Monday- Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
Regularly perform maintenance jobs and light repairs
Regularly perform various maintenance tasks
Repair equipment and various machines and appliances
Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work
Respond to clients' maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Provide minor painting services
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
A minimum of 2 years' working experience in a similar role.
Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
Customer Service Skills
Required to spend on-the-job time on the following physical activities:
