Front Desk Receptionist needed!!!
Payne Auto Group
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Weslaco Motors. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
**Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
**Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about the company and its services
**Customer service experience is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of automotive industry terminology is an advantage
