Travel LPN Job Details – Albuquerque, NM

Location: Albuquerque, NM 87109 (New Mexico healthcare jobs)

Assignment Type: Travel LPN

Healthcare Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 12-hour day shifts (07:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

LPN Qualifications & Requirements

Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (New Mexico or compact state)

Minimum 1 year of recent experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar healthcare setting

LPN Responsibilities in Long-Term Care

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health status and progress

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Assist residents with daily living activities and promote their overall well-being

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
