Energy Attorney

Are you a seasoned attorney with a passion for litigation? Our firm is seeking a Permanent General Liability Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role is an incredible opportunity to work on high-stakes cases in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will be responsible for handling a wide array of general liability matters, including insurance defense, premises liability, product liability, trucking and transportation, toxic tort, and asbestos. You will also have the opportunity to utilize your legal research and writing skills to contribute to our firm's legal strategies.

Representing clients in all stages of litigation, from filing responsive pleadings to trial and appeal.

Handling a caseload of general liability matters, including insurance defense, premises liability, product liability, trucking and transportation, toxic tort, and asbestos.

Conducting extensive legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.

Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Collaborating with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.

Maintaining compliance with all state and federal laws, regulations, and standards, as well as ethical rules of professional conduct.

A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a trial attorney, preferably in the area of general liability.

Proven experience with insurance defense, premises liability, product liability, trucking and transportation, toxic tort, and asbestos.

Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
