We are seeking a Technical Service Representative (Metal Deco Ink) to work with us. This person will report to the Laboratory Manager for performance of assigned functions, and coordinates with branch Inplant Technicians. The person in this role will be required to travel domestically up to 50%. As a Tech Service Representative you will be responsible for:

Performing Technical Service in local Lab or at customer locations

Manufacturing and QC batches on-site at customer locations

Inventory management and record‑keeping

Housekeeping, purchasing and other duties as assigned

Have a High School graduate or G.Have the ability and willingness to travel

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

Effectively communicate with peers and customers

SAP experience and proficient with Microsoft Suite programs.

3-5 years in the ink industry and experience in commercial printing
