Admin I – Recruitment and Retention - FLSA: Non-ExemptSALARY: $13.91 hourly - WORK DAYS: 240LOCATION: HR - MCPEC - REPORTS TO: Manager of RecPrimary Function: An Admin I (Recruitment and Retention) provides clerical duties to support assigned administrative personnel; ensuring compliance with financial, legal and administrative requirements; and provides logistical support for recruitment and retention events and initiatives.Educational Level: High School Diploma/GED2. Knowledge based testing for the required job skills may be requested3.
