Location: Greater Houston (Remote / Work-from-Home)
D. and active bar membership (or retired in good standing) with 8+ years of legal experience, with meaningful depth in contract law. Prior in-house or agency/services industry experience is preferred.
Target base salary of $160,000 - $180,000 + bonus (depending on location and experience).
Acceleration Partners is seeking a full-time, remote Legal Counsel to serve as an in-house legal resource. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney seeking meaningful, substantive work in a flexible, fully remote environment.
Client Contracts: Own the end-to-end client contract process, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client services agreements.
Review supplier agreements, verify compliance with regulations, and ensure vendors meet data privacy and security standards.
Disputes and Legal Matters: Handle low-level disputes, provide legal guidance to internal teams, and coordinate with external counsel on complex issues.
HR Legal Advisory: Partner with the People team to advise on employment-related legal questions and compliance.
