We are seeking a skilled Digitalization Engineer to drive the development and deployment of low-code digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making in a manufacturing environment for our Fort Worth, Texas plant.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver impactful analytics dashboards that provide actionable business insights, while integrating factory floor data with enterprise systems for real-time visibility. Your work will leverage modern technologies—including cloud platforms, industrial protocols, and automation systems—to build secure, scalable solutions that support digital transformation and advance Industry 4.0 initiatives. Design, develop, and deploy low-code applications using enterprise solution platforms.

Document technical specifications and provide training/support to end users

Maintain and enhance digital workflows for operational efficiency

Integrate factory floor data with enterprise systems to enable real-time decision-making

Ensure secure and scalable architecture for digital solutions

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

• 2 plus years hands-on experience with software development tools (Python) and RESTful APIs Experience with solutions deployment frameworks and Agile development methodologies
• Proven experience in data analytics to extract data from diverse sources and design dashboards that support business decision-making
• 1 plus years’ experience with dashboard development tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and continual basis without company sponsorship.

Knowledge of low-code platforms (Mendix, PowerApps)

Experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS)

Basic knowledge of industrial systems (MES, SCADA, or ERP systems)

Knowledge of manufacturing operations and Industry 4.0 technologies

Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell)

Improved data-driven decision-making capabilities through creation of actionable analytics dashboards and real-time visibility systems

Enhanced operational efficiency through successful integration of factory floor data with enterprise systems

Successful deployment and user adoption of secure, scalable digital solutions that meet business objectives

Lead the digital transformation of mechanical engineering through artificial intelligence.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams pioneering data-driven design and smart engineering.
