Stepping Stone Pediatrics is seeking an experienced Pediatrician to join our growing practice. This is an opportunity for a provider who values thoughtful, family-centered care and wants to help shape a practice as its patient community grows.

The position begins part-time, with the potential to expand to full-time. We offer flexibility in scheduling and autonomy in clinical practice. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, takes ownership of patient care, and is interested in building lasting relationships with families.

What you’ll do

Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits, preventive care, and evaluation and treatment of acute and ongoing concerns.

Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families.

Work with our team to deliver a dependable, welcoming experience for families.

Contribute ideas and clinical leadership as the practice grows.

Qualifications

Active Washington State medical license.

Active DEA registration.

Experience providing pediatric care and the ability to manage visits independently.

Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality care.
