Head of Strategy (Remote)

We're hiring a Director, Member Experience Strategy to join our Member Experience Team.

You will drive the strategy, program design and implementation of a specific department. Work Location: This is a remote / work-from-home role. Unless you reside within 30 miles of a designated office, you would be Hybrid. As a Hybrid, you would have to be in the office 3 days a week, and Thursday is mandatory.

serve as a thought leader for the MemX department

Work cross functionally to bring new ideas to life, build alignment and drive accountability through influence and indirect leadership

Lead the planning and program management of key company and department strategy initiatives

Own and continuously evaluate the financial, operational, and performance of the department

Report to Senior Leadership on the health of the business, strategic priorities, performance, risks, and required decisions

Drive the budgeting process and the fiscal performance of the team in partnership with the leadership team

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

10+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, and/or related field

~Bonus points:

Experience modeling in Excel / Google Sheets
