Head of Engineering Programme Management

In this role, you will lead automotive programs from concept through launch, collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Tooling, and our customers to ensure successful delivery of world-class products.

In this role, you will lead automotive programs from concept through launch, collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Tooling, and our customers to ensure successful delivery of world-class products.

Manage program schedules, risks, open issues, and communication across cross-functional teams

Drive design reviews, feasibility studies, testing, and customer approvals

Partner with internal teams and automotive customers to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in engineering interior decorative and functional automotive components for automotive suppliers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and CAD software
  • Understanding of IATF 16949 quality and environmental management systems
  • Familiarity with OEM customer-specific requirements
  • Experience working directly with automotive OEMs
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the U.
