In this role, you will help manage entry and exit activity, monitor assigned areas, and support security-related protocols with professionalism and care. DayTime Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Monitor entry and exit points for a busy logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, gate areas, loading zones, and perimeter, noting security-related concerns and reporting unusual activity.
Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
