Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-time Opportunities

Join our dynamic care team at South Shore Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Rockland!

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a valued member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our dedicated staff and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Competitive and weekly pay ranging from $40 to $45 an hour, depending on the shift

Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials

Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN

Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistant

Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident care plans

Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician

Document resident progress and report any unusual or significant findings

Participate in emergency procedures as necessary

Demonstrate leadership skills and contribute to positive resident and family relations

Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

Ability to make independent decisions and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and the general public

Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures
