Product Manager, Compliance Systems & Analytics - Denver (Hybrid)

Western Union is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and execution-focused Product Manager to join our Compliance Systems & Analytics (CS&A) team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the vision and delivering capabilities to the critical screening platform that supports global risk, sanctions, and other compliance functions.This is a highly cross-functional role requiring collaboration across Operations, Policy, Data, and Technology. You will be instrumental in maturing our product capabilities, driving platform modernization, and delivering innovative tools that will support the ever-changing global compliance landscape.

In this role you will guide the evolution of the next generation of compliance products from conception to implementation and beyond. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Western Union will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position. Applicants must be based in Denver or willing to relocate to Denver to work from the Denver office a minimum of three days a week. Western Union will not assist with relocation costs for this position.

Drive the innovation and development of our list processing and screening capabilities.

Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to understand regulatory use cases, pain points, and future-state needs to pursue "out of the box" thinking and recommendations.

Bridge communication between Compliance Leadership and technology to deliver key functionality critical to meet regulatory and risk obligations.

Communicate product plans and performance to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

Bachelor's degree required preferably in business or engineering.

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise SaaS, compliance technology, or financial services.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, etc.) Proficiency in leading product initiatives through organizational change, including stakeholder alignment, training, and communication planning.
• Experience conducting user research, gathering customer feedback, and translating insights into product enhancements that deliver measurable value.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks independently.

The base salary range is $120,000 - 150,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance.
