The ideal candidate will have expertise in labor laws, dispute resolution, and compliance strategies to support businesses or employees effectively. At QPWB, our Labor and Employment Practice Group is composed of seasoned attorneys dedicated to assisting a diverse range of clients, including employers, carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insureds, in the defense of labor and employment-related actions. From initial claims handling through mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal, we provide comprehensive legal representation tailored to the unique needs of each client. As an Attorney specializing in labor and employment, your role will involve:

Evaluating and managing labor and employment cases, developing effective legal strategies.
Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements. -In addition, may draft various agreements pertaining to employee conduct, policies and regulatory compliance, as necessary.
Draft various agreements pertaining to employment laws, regulatory compliance, and negotiations.

To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• 5+ years' experience dealing with Labor and Employment Law matters.
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues effectively.
• Draft and respond to discovery-related motions.
• Draft motions for summary judgments.
