From initial claims handling through mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal, we provide comprehensive legal representation tailored to the unique needs of each client. As an Attorney specializing in labor and employment, your role will involve:

Evaluating and managing labor and employment cases, developing effective legal strategies.

Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements. -In addition, may draft various agreements pertaining to employee conduct, policies and regulatory compliance, as necessary.

Draft various agreements pertaining to employment laws, regulatory compliance, and negotiations.

What You'll Bring To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• 5+ years' experience dealing with Labor and Employment Law matters.
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues effectively.
• Draft and respond to discovery-related motions.
• Draft motions for summary judgments.
