Location: Los Angeles, CA (Downtown) — On-site, with hybrid flexibility available for the right candidate
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of substantive litigation experience in labor and employment law to be considered for this role.
Manage a sophisticated employment litigation caseload from inception through resolution — DFEH/CRD and EEOC charges, PERB proceedings, wage and hour disputes, and employment-related civil matters
Advise public entity and corporate clients on HR compliance, employment agreements, workplace policies, and employee relations strategy
Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings
Negotiate settlements and counsel clients on risk assessment and litigation strategy
Serve as a trusted advisor on labor relations, employee benefits, and agency investigation response
5+ years of substantive litigation experience in labor and employment law

• public entity or municipal experience a plus
• Solid command of California wage and hour law, FEHA, PERB, and related regulatory frameworks
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• In-house and solo practice backgrounds welcome if litigation experience requirements are met
