Job Details J.D. from an accredited law school. Active California Bar license in good standing. 2+ years of civil litigation experience (employment litigation preferred). Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills. Experience handling depositions, discovery, and motion practice. Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
