Mental Health Therapist - Pediatric/Family Care
The Mental Health Therapist works under the supervision of the Practice Manager to provide clinical assessment referral and/or counseling for mental health problems.
Maintains and interprets documentation of clinical work and other statistically relevant data meeting quality assurance standards.
Provides assessment, counseling, and/or referral services to patients at Mosaic Outpatient Behavioral Health or Mosaic Counseling Care.
Provide computerized/written reports and/or clinical documentation for legal purposes and administrative accountability.
Available for clients in emergency situations.
Maintain broad expertise in clinical areas and certifications or relevant credentialing.
Master's Degree - Counseling or social work - Required

Work Experience:

~Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Required Upon Hire
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Required Upon Hire
