Monday-Friday school schedule

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in the Arvada area for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you’ll support K-12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication, learning, and student success.

These opportunities are ideal for both experienced school-based SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship and ongoing support provided. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules

Clinical Fellow (CF) mentorship and support

Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting

Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans

Support students with articulation, language, fluency, AAC, and social communication needs

Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)

Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
