• Weatherly Inn is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support high-quality resident care in our assisted living community. This role is ideal for a nurse who values teamwork, strong clinical standards, and meaningful relationships with residents and families.

Monitor and document changes in resident condition and report concerns promptly

Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Complete shift reports, narcotic counts, and incident documentation

Follow infection control, safety procedures, and boarding home regulations

Serve as Charge Nurse when scheduled or in absence of supervision

*
Maintain a clean, organized nursing station and medication room

High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year of nursing or related experience preferred

Active Washington State LPN License required

Dementia & Mental Health Training (within 90 days)

Strong nursing, documentation, organization, and multitasking skills

Ability to lift, assist, and support residents with mobility as needed

Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a care team

Professional, reliable, and calm in emergency situations
