You will quote and sell insurance products: Engage with both new and current customers to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.

Advise/consult prospective customers on what is the best coverage for them: Offer expert advice on appropriate insurance coverage and options, ensuring prospects receive the best possible guidance based on their circumstances.

Use multiple systems to run reports and verify the accuracy of information provided by potential insureds regarding their insurance and driving history.

Explain coverage details and payment options to customers, ensuring they fully understand their policies.

You may also conduct outbound follow-up on unsold internet leads, identifying opportunities to convert them into satisfied customers.

Assist existing customers with policy changes and other service needs when customer service is not available.
